Hello Black Eyez readers!!! I'm Carmen and this week I'm back playing the role of Facilitator and now I have played the role of Star too. As you can see, all of us have played all the roles so we are repeating them. This week: Javier is the Analyst, Gema the Translator, Ainhoa is the Curator and Rocío the Journalist again.
Tin this task we had to create a Radio Program so the first day I started thinking the best way to do it. As soon as I had it planned, I divided the work and we started working on it.
I'm very happy because comparing to the last time, I have noticed a big improvement of communication and interest. I think we have improve because as we have been working together, this time I know their strengths and their weaknesses so I could give them a work they can do easily and accurately.
I'm very proud to say that from my point of view this week has been the more equal one in terms of quantity of work. We have't had any problem or misunderstanding and that is thanks to the communication we have developed.
