WEEK 6: FACILITATOR

 Hi Black Eyez Readers, I am Rocio and this week I am playing the role of Facilitator, the roles of these week are:

Carmen: Curator

Gema: Analyst

Javier: Translator

Ainhoa: Journalist

This week we distributed the roles looking for the one that each person haven´t play yet. As the facilitator I divide the work between each member of the group, Carmen and me, developed the activity and answer the questions, Gema made the PechaCucha. Finally Javier and I play the role of stars and presented the pechacucha in class.

This week we have some problems related with dedication and participation to develop the task and I think that Gema as the analyst take this in count. Communication solves all the problems and I think that     the next week all of the problems will be solve.

For me, being the facilitator is quite difficult because you need to know how to talk to each member of the group and also how to make easier the work of the week. But in spite of the difficulties, this week is so formative for me and also gave me more confident to be a leader.
