Hi Black Eyez readers! I'm Carmen and I have played the role of Facilitator this week. As we are a group of five members, we have decided to remove the role of Star because is the only one we can do all together as a group.
We did a WhatsApp group for discussing how we were going to distribute the work and the roles every week of the course and for talking about the works as such.
In this week: Javier is the Analyst, Gema the Translator, Ainhoa is the Curator, Rocío the Journalist and I am the Facilitator. We distributed this randomly in the web PiliApp (https://es.piliapp.com/random/wheel).
As we started on Tuesday, I have distributed the work as I thought it was the best way but as this is our first task it has been hard for us to understand the dynamic of the weekly work. Anyway, I'm very proud of our group because the sincerity and kindness have helped us resolve our problems and make the project work.
I think despite the setbacks, we have done it very well although we could have done it better. I'm happy either way because the fails we have committed this time will make us learn and I´m sure we won't commit them again.
